Lasting Media is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, design, execute, and moderate social media marketing, digital advertising, and content development for our clients. We serve clients in the non-profit, entertainment and health care world who desire assistance with branding, marketing, advertising, copywriting, photography, videography, website design, search engine optimization (SEO) and social media management. The ideal candidate is an expert in social media management, post creation, Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising and content development. This professional must be hands-on with creative technical acumen, including editing, design, and copywriting. Due to our smaller size and entrepreneurial spirit, the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with wearing many hats and handle diverse tasks. Responsibilities: * Manage our clients’ presence on social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. * Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives and strategies. * Identify opportunities in the social sphere and develop an actionable plan for social KPIs, execution and measurement while producing unique, worthwhile, and engaging content, promotions, and social strategies. * Complement and support other marketing and P.R. initiatives through integration of social media. * Experience in creating and optimizing social media advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok from concept to conversion and reporting. Qualifications: * First and foremost: must be comfortable working within faith-based industries and with conservative value based clients * Experience/familiarity with popular project management tools such as Sprout Social and Monday.com * Experience/familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite * Print design and branding experience is a HUGE plus * Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and innovate social media programs for multiple brands * Strong copywriting skills with ability to produce copy of varying brand voices and messaging based on target audience and platform * Proven track record of listening & engaging with the online community and/or acting on another company’s behalf * Working knowledge of social listening tools and ability to identify influencers and develop outreach strategies * Demonstrated passion for the social technology universe and desire to innovate and stay ahead of the curve * Ability to work independently and as a member of a team * Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to bring new and fresh ideas to the table * Ability to work effectively and efficiently with attention to detail under deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
