Job Description:As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the creative vision and strategy for our agency's projects. Leveraging your background in copywriting and your exceptional conceptualization skills, you will lead the development of captivating campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand success. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Creative Vision: Develop innovative concepts and strategies that elevate brand messaging and achieve client objectives. * Pitch Winning: Showcase your expertise in winning pitches for Agency of Record (AOR) opportunities and large-scale brand campaigns. * Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of creatives to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. * Client Collaboration: Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing strategic guidance, and delivering exceptional results. * Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency standards. * Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain the agency's competitive edge. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success as a Creative Director in a creative agency environment. * Strong background in copywriting with a keen eye for storytelling and messaging. * Demonstrated ability to win pitches for AORs and high-profile brand campaigns. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. * Strategic thinker with a passion for driving creativity and innovation. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
